Do not use any saved links or bookmarks to access Bluehost.
Ensure you are using the proper website address of Bluehost.
I’ve been using Bluehost since February 2024. Overall, it’s been okay, as it’s my first hosting company and I have no other experiences to compare it with. After not using Live Chat support for the past month, I reached out today and was surprised to find that Live Chat was down. I logged out and tried to log in multiple times, but nothing changed. The worst part is that there was no email notification about the issue. Calling support might cost extra since I’m outside the US. Has anyone else faced this problem? In this situation, would it be possible to request a refund for the subscription fee?
