97 days is crazy. Do they offer free SSL and domain registration too?
Yep, free SSL and a free domain for the first year. It’s a great deal if you’re just starting out, but the performance isn’t as fast as GoDaddy or Bluehost.

But what about support? Is DreamHost good when it comes to helping with issues?

Their support is decent, but not the fastest. They don’t offer 24/7 live chat like Bluehost or GoDaddy. If you’re patient, it’s fine, but for urgent issues, you might get frustrated.

What about DreamHost? I’ve heard their prices are lower, but are they reliable for WordPress sites?
DreamHost’s uptime guarantee is great though—100%, and they’ll give you credit for any downtime over an hour. That’s rare among hosts.
@Oliver
100% uptime is impressive. I didn’t realize they had that. Does that make them more reliable overall?

It helps, but like I mentioned earlier, their speeds are just okay. So if speed is more important to you than uptime, you might want to go with another host.
I think it depends on what you need most. If it’s pure speed, GoDaddy is probably your best bet. But for overall value, Bluehost seems to have the best mix of features, pricing, and ease of use.

Yeah, it seems like Bluehost is good if you want a well-rounded package. I don’t need anything too fancy, just reliable hosting for WordPress.
@Oakland
Then Bluehost should work for you. It’s optimized for WordPress and their 24/7 support is helpful if you’re just starting out.
