I want them to cooperate in Tandom since I’ve read online that it’s possible, but my WordPress dashboard indicates that I need to uninstall the LITESCOPE cache plugin. Could someone please assist me with this? Additionally, if the LITESCOPE cache plugin is incompatible with the Cloudflare CDN, what is the best substitute for cache management assistance?

You can use Litespeed Cache; just remember not to activate the QUIC CDN component. Disregard the internal alert.

The Cloudflare CDN and DNS cache work well.
