I’ve been looking into reseller hosting and found that some companies, like SiteGround, offer support for reseller customers through their customer panel. The problem is, if a customer contacts chat support, they will realize they are talking to SiteGround, not my company.
Does anyone know of a hosting provider that offers a fully white-label solution where customers don’t know the support is coming from another company? Thanks.
Most reseller hosting works by giving you support while you handle customer service for your clients. Have you considered working with a web agency for technical support? You could agree on hourly rates for handling customer issues.

That’s true, but GoDaddy has a reseller option that is white-label most of the time. Every now and then, they make mistakes, and customers realize they are dealing with GoDaddy.

GoDaddy is not a good option for anything. Their pricing, support, and reliability are all questionable.

I hear this a lot, but I don’t see many reasons given. What’s so bad about them?
There are plenty of stories about GoDaddy’s poor service, shady billing practices, and overpriced extras. A quick search will show plenty of complaints from people who regret using them.
From what you’re describing, it sounds like your company isn’t equipped to handle hosting support. Have you considered a referral system instead? Some hosting companies will pay a monthly commission for customers you refer.
You’re back again despite ignoring the advice people gave you last time. You’re trying to bypass your sysadmin and rely on a third-party support team. This is going to end badly.

I’m just looking at all my options, not ignoring advice.

What you’re trying to do doesn’t make much sense. If you can’t handle support, why would customers host with you? You’re acting more like an affiliate than a hosting provider.

We have 5,000 active clients. I know the difference between an affiliate and a hosting provider. I used to do affiliate marketing and got 75,000 conversions for HostGator and Bluehost in under four years.
@Phoebe
That’s great, but running a marketing campaign is different from managing a hosting company. If you can’t provide support, you should consider hiring a qualified sysadmin instead of trying to pass off someone else’s support as your own.
@Sydney
Affiliate marketing isn’t worth it anymore. The best deals are gone. We used to get $125 per sale on a $36 hosting plan, but that kind of deal doesn’t exist anymore.
A reseller account lets you sell hosting, but not the support that comes with it.
A better approach would be to find a good host and then hire your own support team. If the host has solid uptime and minimal issues, your support needs will be lower.
There are also companies that provide white-label support services for agencies.
We used to offer white-label hosting, but most of our customers preferred an affiliate setup instead. It’s easier for them since they don’t have to deal with billing or customer service.
We provide white-label hosting and support for select agency partners. It’s not something every hosting company offers, but there are options out there.
