If you only need to host a website, you may check out shared hosting at ASP.NET Hosting Nederland met MSSQL and https://www.accuwebhosting.com/web-hosting/window

If you want anything more customisable than shared hosting, they also offer Windows VPS.

Moreover, Azure is always more expensive than any of those options.
