Need Reliable WordPress Hosting After Switching from WebFaction to Amazon Lightsail

What’s up? I recently switched from WebFaction to Amazon Lightsail, and it’s been a total nightmare. My site needed to be rebooted every 2-3 days, and I could never be sure if it was working properly. I really need a simple and reliable hosting solution for WordPress.

I want to run two WordPress installations: one for my blog where I post articles and another for some landing pages where I drive PPC traffic. Speed is crucial for me, so the loading time needs to be fast.

Does anyone have recommendations for hosting providers that can meet these needs? I’d really appreciate any suggestions! Thanks

It seems you had to restart the server because it ran out of resources (the database crashes when there’s no memory available). The crashes aren’t caused by AWS. Try upgrading the server size; this can be easily done in Lightsail using a snapshot. For a basic WordPress site, I recommend at least 2GB of memory, and 4GB if you’re using WooCommerce.
