New to Paid Ads - Seeking Advice for Generating Leads

Hello, I’m new to paid ads and up until now, we’ve relied entirely on word-of-mouth marketing to run our business. We’ve recently started promoting our services through Google Ads and Meta ads, but despite spending around $200 on both platforms, we haven’t generated a single lead.

Our main goal is to generate MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) or SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads). We’re currently working directly with the Google Ads team, but we’re struggling to see results.

We’re offering a 30-day free trial, but I can’t figure out what might be going wrong. Given our situation, do you have any recommendations or adjustments we could make to improve our results?
