I haven’t seen a CPU setup like this from other VPS hosts so far. HostHatch has a data center in Singapore, which is close to my main audience. I’m planning to host a couple of WordPress and WooCommerce sites (using CyberPanel on Ubuntu) and may upgrade if needed.
Has anyone here used HostHatch or can recommend similar offers at this price point? Thanks!
HostHatch offers a great balance of features and price, especially in Singapore where bandwidth can be pricey. I personally use them for two VPSes hosted there and haven’t had any issues. I’d recommend them.
If you’re interested in alternatives, SpeedyPage is worth a look. They have Singapore-based VPS and managed WordPress hosting, plus a free BunnyCDN plan if your audience is more global. They also offer AMD Ryzen VPS, which may provide faster cores, although it depends on your workload and whether your site would benefit from faster or more cores.
I’ve heard HostHatch is known for its network quality. SpeedyPage looks good, too—their Singapore data center and included CDN sound appealing. They’re offering a one-month trial for a dollar, so I’ll give them a go.
@Harlow
Glad to help! I haven’t needed HostHatch support much, but I know promo customers might get lower priority. Regular customers should get standard support. SpeedyPage’s Singapore network is excellent, too, so you’re in good hands. Good luck!
HostHatch’s support often depends on the plan type. With full-priced plans, support is solid; with discounted ones (like during Black Friday), it’s slower but still responsive. Many who report slower support likely bought discounted VPS plans (often under $50/year).
I’ve been using them since 2019 with sale-priced VPSes and am very happy for the price. GreenCloudVPS and RackNerd are similar for Black Friday deals, but HostHatch has been solid overall.
