What are some reliable yet budget-friendly SSL certificate providers?

Hey everyone,

I’m on the hunt for a reliable yet affordable SSL certificate for a small project. Can’t go with a self-signed one because the integration needs a trusted CA. I’m looking for a 1-year validity but most of the cheap options seem to require a 4-5 year commitment. Any suggestions for a budget-friendly SSL provider that offers a good price for just a 1-year term?

Thanks in advance!

You can go for Letsencrypt SSL, which is free, but remember to keep it updated regularly, so ask your provider if they support it.

Another option is Rapid SSL, which is quite reliable. Not sure about your budget, but it’s worth considering.

Cloudflare also provides a valid SSL certificate, and the interesting part is that it’s valid for 10 years!
