I don’t like that you have to schedule a call a day in advance, but I’ve heard their support team is based in the US and actually knows their stuff. I need to switch away from Hostgator’s overpriced plans and frustrating support. Anyone here had experience with Nixihost’s phone support?
I’ve had a great experience with Nixihost’s support team. They were helpful and got things sorted out pretty quickly.
Never had issues with their support, and I don’t recall ever needing to wait for a callback. I haven’t used their phone support much, though. When I was with Hostgator, I had to contact support constantly, and it was always a nightmare.
If you’re thinking about switching, don’t overthink it—you’ll probably wonder why you waited so long.
I haven’t used them, but at least they still offer phone support. A lot of hosting companies have moved away from it and only do live chat or email since it’s usually faster for tech issues.
