Anyone tried Cloudvara for QuickBooks hosting?

I’ve been thinking about switching to Cloudvara for QuickBooks hosting. I’ve read they specialize in it, but I’m curious how reliable they are. Has anyone here used them for accounting or legal firms? I saw they offer different versions depending on how many users you have. Wondering if it’s worth it.

I use them for my small accounting firm, and it’s been smooth so far. Their QuickBooks hosting is solid, and I like that they handle security stuff like firewalls and backups. Definitely worth it if you want less hassle.

@Rowe
Good to hear. Do they really have zero downtime? I saw they claim a 99.5% uptime. Just want to make sure that’s accurate.

@Rowe
Same here. I’ve had no downtime since switching over last year. The transition was super easy too.

I use Cloudvara for hosting QuickBooks and a couple of Sage applications. So far, the service has been pretty reliable, and their support team is responsive. Only thing is, you have to buy your software separately if you don’t already have it.

@LizCampbell
Wait, you have to buy the software separately? I thought it was included.

@LizCampbell
Yeah, you need to own the licenses for QuickBooks or whatever software you want to host. But they’re a reseller, so you can buy it through them if you need to.

Honestly, I’ve been with them for a few years now and I’m pretty satisfied. They also host other stuff like Drake Tax and Microsoft Office, so it’s not just QuickBooks. Their customer service has been great whenever I’ve had a question.

@Niko
Do they help with setting up the hosting for other apps too? I might want to use it for more than QuickBooks.
