I’ve had my website hosted on Bluehost since March, completed it by April, and it’s been running smoothly. I paid for a full year of hosting. Today, I tried to log in to make some updates, but I can’t access my account.
After the recent login update, I’m unable to access my account, and when I provide my domain, they claim it’s not hosted there. How is this possible?
Has anyone else experienced something similar? They also say the email I used to sign up isn’t in their system either.
