I’m a small business owner handling my own website, so please excuse any incorrect terms.
I have my domain registered with Bluehost, my website hosted on Webflow, and email through Gmail using my domain. Since Friday evening, I haven’t received any emails, and my website won’t load. I can still send outbound emails to my personal account, and they get delivered, but inbound emails are not arriving—there’s no bounceback or undeliverable message either.
The domain shows as active on Bluehost. (Last time this happened, it was because the domain had expired, but that’s been resolved.)
Bluehost says the issue isn’t on their end and advised me to contact Webflow and Gmail. But it seems strange that both services would fail at the same time. I’ve hit dead ends with Google’s “Setup tool” while trying to update MX records. I also updated the CNAME records from Webflow, but the site still isn’t loading.
I’m lost and desperate for help. Any ideas? Thanks!
