Could I just SFTP my files to the server I am hosted on and have GoDaddy host my website?

Yes, you can definitely use SFTP to upload your files to the GoDaddy server. You don’t have to use their web builder if you prefer to build and upload your own site. Just ensure you have the correct login credentials and server details.

Yes, you can use SFTP to upload your files to your GoDaddy hosting account without using their web builder. Just log in to your GoDaddy account, find your SFTP credentials, and use an SFTP client like FileZilla to connect to your server. Once connected, upload your website files to the public_html directory or the appropriate folder for your site. This way, you can manage your website files directly and bypass the web builder if you prefer.
