Is Wix a good website builder?

I’ve read that websites made on WIX might not rank as high on search engines because they use JavaScript and have fewer SEO tools. I need to know this before choosing how and where to make a website for my clothing brand, especially since I have a tight budget. What are the advantages and disadvantages of creating my own website compared to using a platform like WIX?

Thanks for any help!

hallo mr mason this is the flow of information Wix includes built-in SEO tools to improve your site’s search engine ranking. You can optimize content, meta tags, and URLs directly on the platform.

Wix offers over 200 app integrations to enhance your website’s functionality without needing to write code.

You can choose from more than 800 customizable design templates to match your brand or personal style.

Be mindful of storage limits on all Wix plans, especially with media files like images and videos.

Once your site is live, you can’t change templates. This limitation may affect your long-term design choices, even with many options available.

WIX’s customer service is practically nonexistent. My regret for choosing WIX knows no bounds. Despite not utilizing their service, they’ve been deducting money from my bank account for months. Attempts to contact them have been met with evasion and avoidance tactics. I strongly advise steering clear of them.
