Has anyone else noticed their sites are down because of database connection issues? I host 4 sites with Nixihost and they all went down at the same time. When I try to access phpMyAdmin, it just keeps reloading. I checked the manage database section and it says there is no connection. Is this just happening to me, or are others facing this too?

@JULIO Yeah, it happened just as I was posting. Then I checked all my sites. This is the second time in just over a month. I hope it gets fixed soon because I have work to do and it’s getting late.

Same issue here. I thought I messed something up myself.
There’s an ongoing issue with MySQL 8 auto-updating and breaking afterward, so it’s probably related to that. If you submit a ticket, they should be able to fix it for you.

@Tatum Just checked, and I’m also running 8.0.38. Seems like that’s the issue then.
Have you contacted them instead of posting here? They can help more than we can since they have admin access.

@oliviamartin Yeah, I contacted them right away. No phone number, and live chat isn’t available for hours, so I created a ticket. Just came here to check… not sure why this bothers you so much.
@Smith Do they offer 24/7 live chat? Seems like they don’t, which explains why they’re offline.
