My website was designed and launched by a third party.
That individual is no longer with us 
, thus I have to take back control of my website.
I have no idea where it is hosted or how to get to it.
Is it possible to do this?

It appears to be hosted by Google, therefore you will need to contact them.
However, this reiterates my constant advice: register everything—domain, hosting, etc. under your business name to maintain complete control.
Furthermore, since it’s just a flat, static HTML page, you can scrape it and rehost it somewhere else if necessary.

me i can suggest that It appears to be hosted on netlify com but without the credentials, gaining access will be very difficult, particularly if it’s on a free account.
Use the ICANN Lookup tool to find your domain host. Go to lookup.icann.org. In the search field, enter your domain name and click Lookup. On the results page, scroll down to Registrar Information.
